I've created IGNITE a program that teaches you to connect your life goals with your body and mind so you can live your purpose. Because our bodies are what our minds think, it's in those tiny little moments in how we choose to look at our stress that we either gain freedom or we have frustration. By living a connectedness with our bodies and minds we can reduce stress and live a sustainably active lifestyle with less pain.
IGNITE is designed for people like you the frustrated multi-tasker, working long hours at a PC, zoned in to work and out of your body and feeling frustrated at the thought of finding time for self-care. You may find yourself spinning your wheels, on the hunt for something that will help only to end up not doing anything. You may not even notice how your body is truly feeling or fully understand the stress your body is in. (Because you are stressed out and exhausted.) But you know you are sick of feeling tired and sore and trying "all the things" but not seeing the reduction in stress and pain you are looking for.
How: We do this by living a connectedness with our bodies and minds – because our bodies are what our minds think. During our time together I will teach you three things.
PAUSE: Through my coaching program, you will learn the power of the pause to check in with yourself and listen to the language of your body. I will show you how to quiet all the noise and use your body as a compass to develop a simple routine that honors your body and your schedule so you can listen to your heart and live a sustainably active, inspired life. We are creating a space for healing and self-care, to visualize your empowered self, recognizing and manifesting your goals.
