Elbow and knee pain can make it very difficult to move around. Some types of elbow pain are Golfer’s and Tennis Elbow. When you use continue to use these muscles over and over again, small tears can begin to develop in the tendon. Over time, this leads to irritation and pain where the tendon is attached to the bone. However, any activity that involves repetitive twisting of the wrist; for example, using a screwdriver can lead to this condition.
